Merna Lewis is originally from Monte Vista, Colorado, Merna started playing fiddle when she was seven, and competed at various fiddle contests around New Mexico and Colorado placing 1st and 2nd in many. She studied Commercial Music at South Plains College in Levelland, TX 2000-2002 and then moved to Nashville in 2003. She has shared the stage with many great artists including Leann Rimes, Tanya Tucker, John Rich of Big & Rich, and has also played on the @opry stage!
