Performed God Bless American at Homes for Our Troops Key Ceremony
So honored to have performed God Bless America for our friends, the Curtins, at their Homes for Our Troops, Key Ceremony! Homes for Our Troops is a nonprofit organization, located in Taunton, Massachusetts (the town over from my hometown!) that builds mortgage free, specially adapted custom homes, for wounded veterans and their families, across the US. These homes allow the families to have more freedom and independence in their daily lives. If you would like more information on these houses, or how you can help, visit https://www.hfotusa.org. Congratulations John and Britney on your beautiful new home!!!
Crossed Off A
Bucket-List Item
Back in May, I crossed off something that has always been on my Bucket List. I went to Harley Davidson to take a safety course & bought myself a motorcycle! It took a few weeks of practicing before heading out on the main road, but now I am loving being able to run errands around town on my bike, and am becoming more and more confident on the road. She is a 2004 750cc Honda Shadow, and I am having fun getting to know her- everyone meet Miss Lucile!!
